Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk

I hereby assume all of the risks of participating in and/or volunteering at this activity or event, including but not limited to any risks that may arise from negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons or entities being released, dangerous or defective equipment or property owned, maintained, or controlled by them, or due to their possible liability without fault.

I certify that I am physically fit, have sufficiently prepared or trained for participation in this event, and have not been advised otherwise by a qualified medical professional. I certify that there are no health-related reasons or problems which preclude my participation in this event.

I acknowledge that this Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk Form will be used by the event holders, sponsors, and organizers of the activity, and that it will govern my actions and responsibilities at the event.

In consideration of my application and permitting me to participate in this event, I hereby, for myself, my executors, administrators, heirs, next of kin, successors, and assigns:

1. Waive, Release, and Discharge Rancho Belmontez, its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, representatives, and agents (hereinafter, the “Released Parties”) from any and all liability, including but not limited to liability arising from the negligence or fault of the Released Parties, for my death, disability, personal injury, property damage, property theft, or actions of any kind which may hereafter occur to me, including my traveling to and from this event.

2. Indemnify, Hold Harmless, and Promise Not to Sue the Released Parties from any and all liabilities or claims made as a result of participation in this event, whether caused by the negligence of the Released Parties or otherwise.

I understand that at this event or related activities, I may be photographed or recorded. I agree to allow my photo, video, or film likeness to be used for any legitimate purpose by the event holders, producers, sponsors, organizers, and assigns without compensation.

I hereby consent to receive medical treatment which may be deemed advisable in the event of injury, accident, and/or illness during this event.

By submitting this form, I certify that I have read this document and fully understand its content. I am aware that this is a release of liability and a contract, and I agree to it of my own free will.

I hereby grant Rancho Belmontez LLC and its authorized representatives the irrevocable right to photograph, film, or otherwise record me (and any guests I am registering) during this event. I authorize Rancho Belmontez LLC to use, reproduce, and publish these images or recordings—along with our names, voices, and likenesses—for promotional, marketing, or other lawful purposes, in any media format, without any compensation.

I understand that all such photographs, videos, or other recordings are the exclusive property of Rancho Belmontez LLC, and I waive any right to review or approve their use. I release Rancho Belmontez LLC from any claims or liabilities arising out of or in connection with the use of these materials.
